What's Really Driving Your Cravings?
A free online workshop to help you understand your cravings and quiet the food noise.
We've all experienced them.
The sudden urge for chocolate after dinner.
The afternoon slump that sends you searching for something sweet.
The feeling that you're constantly thinking about food, even when you've just eaten.
For many people, cravings can feel frustrating, confusing and impossible to control. It's easy to assume they're simply a lack of willpower. But what if they're actually trying to tell you something?
In this free workshop, we'll explore the science behind cravings and uncover why they're about so much more than self-control. You'll begin to understand the biological, emotional and environmental factors that can influence what you crave, when you crave it and why some days feel so much harder than others.
Rather than focusing on quick fixes or another list of foods to avoid, this workshop will help you become more curious about your own patterns so you can start responding to your cravings in a different way.
Because when you understand what's driving your cravings, you can begin to address the cause—not just the symptom.
During this workshop you'll discover:
Why cravings aren't simply about willpower.
The difference between hunger, cravings and food noise.
Some of the hidden factors that influence what and when you crave.
Why the same strategy doesn't work for everyone.
A simple way to start recognising your own craving patterns.
The first steps towards creating a calmer, more balanced relationship with food.
This workshop is for you if :
You feel like you're constantly thinking about food.
You find yourself craving chocolate or sweet foods most afternoons or evenings.
You swing between "being good" and feeling out of control around food.
You wonder why some days feel easy while others feel like a constant battle.
You're tired of relying on willpower and want to understand what's really going on.
Imagine if...
...instead of feeling guilty every time a craving hit, you understood what your body and brain were trying to tell you.
Imagine responding with curiosity instead of frustration.
Imagine feeling calmer around food because you finally knew why those cravings were happening.
That's what this workshop is all about.
You don't need more willpower. You need a better understanding of what's driving your cravings.
